Has 20 years of experience collaborating with industry leaders, sourcing talent in diverse fields: aerospace, automotive, consumer products, electronics, and medical devices. As Director of the Tijuana Economic Development Corporation (EDC) he has traveled throughout Asia, Europe, the U.S., Canada and Mexico, successfully securing foreign investment in the region. Alex is fluent in both English and Spanish. He holds a Bacherlor’s Degree in International Business and an MBA focused on strategic management.
