Monica brings an experience of more than two decades in the recruitment, headhunting and executive search arena, during which she collaborated for companies with a global focus such as Egon Zehnder International, Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry International.
Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to successfully perform a variety of functions within the recruitment space for clients in different sectors helping them find candidates for key positions while managing and building client relationships efficiently.
